What's M-Clean

The M-Clean is that our company have been developing and producing photocatalyst solution.

Can be choose several type of photocatalyst for purpose and locations.

M-Clean is registered to SITPA.

About SITPA
Technical Consultation Committee of Photocatalyst Product issues SITPA mark. Technical Committee of Photocatalyst Product has technical guidelines to examine various photocatalyst products. It is required to pass several severe tests to obtain the SITPA mark. We obtained the mark December 24th in 2003.

M-Clean designed the most efficient photocatalysis affect for any purpose and location.

M-1
Ultraviolet light
After M-1 application, there surface is able to make an infinite number of concavity and convexity. Therefore these surfaces can be more high-photocatalysis effect than other photocatalyst solution because there superficial area is more accretive than normal condition and paint. And using titanium dioxide particle is nanometer size and put a calcium phosphate on titanium dioxide surface. A calcium phosphate is able to absorb several organic matter and bacterial and after break down there by photocatalyst. The calcium phosphate also affords protection several organic base materials from active oxygen from photocatalyst.
M-1S
Ultraviolet light
M-1S is used to cloth material and only use dilute type of solution from M-Clean product line. It can be used easily how to process to add photocatalyst to clothes. Using titanium dioxide type is put calcium phosphate and silver on titanium dioxide surface. Effective of anti-bacterial is higher than only titanium dioxide use.
M-2
Ultraviolet light
M-2 using titanium dioxide is put a calcium phosphate and silver on titanium dioxide surface. Therefore application surface is able to effect double power of titanium dioxide and silver. There is able to effect at dark place for anti-bacterial by silver.
M-3
Ultraviolet light
This solution is little different other usual paint. This solution ingredient is only titanium dioxide and water. Therefore this application surface is not deteriorated. And it applied surface is not colored and unalterable base material color. It can be made high transparency coated film.
M-5
Visible light
This solution is made of latest chemical technology. M-5 type is able to react by visible light. Therefore it photocatalysis reaction and affect is higher than other M-Clean solution, because the needed volume of photocatalysis reaction comprised in visible light and quantity of the visible light contained in light is higher than Ultraviolet light. It is more high-transparency than other M-Clean solution.
Base Coat  
Non reaction *1
A photocatalyst is able to oxidize and break down to get in direct touch with a plastic material, a vinyl material and almost organic matters materials and photocatalyst particles break away from surface within short span of time. Therefore that material surface has to protect and separate to make a file of anorganic substance.
Base coat is able to make a very thin film to almost material surface. Base coat film is protection base material of made of organic matter from broke out an active oxygen from photocatalyst.

*1: It is case of at normal temperature. Photocatalyst reaction is began from heated up 250 deg C and over.
Safety
  • A titanium dioxide does not have toxic consequences or not solubility. it uses by food ingredients in US and Japan.
  • M-1, M-1S and M-2 have been using binding materials are high safety.
  • M-3 and M-5 only use a titanium dioxide and water. They are high safety solutions.
